She took dance and vocal lessons on and off, spent two years at the Academy for the Performing Arts, and graduated from Foothill High School. She went on to dance, act, and sing at Harper College, Golden West College, and Orange Coast College, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University, Los Angeles, while also studying Modern Dance with Hae-Kyung Lee. She has performed at various Orange County theaters, as well as billed for stage managing, assistant directing, set construction, and lighting and sound operation.
Noelle has her Master’s Degree in Publishing: Digital and Print Media from New York University. She currently works as a Developmental Book Editor and COVID Safety Manager. She is passionate about making a difference across the publishing and performing industries and desires to create a space for diverse voices to be heard and appreciated but also celebrated. She has founded a nonprofit publishing and production company, Unseen Artists, which is focused on giving the stage to underrepresented voices and experiences and increasing accessibility in theatre and publishing.
